Sundance Travel Essentials is a retail concept located at DFW Airport – Terminal B, Gate B42.

We’re looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with travelers from around the world.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Warmly welcome and assist travelers
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Recommend travel essentials, convenience items, and lifestyle products
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Operate modern POS systems
• Stock merchandise and assist with inventory
• Maintain clean, organized, and attractive merchandise displays
• Assist with general store cleaning and organization
• Lift up to 30 lbs. and perform duties that require standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Follow company and DFW Airport policies and procedures
• Work as part of a team to provide an excellent shopping experience

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have reliable personal transportation
• Must be available to work early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
• Must be able to pass the required DFW Airport/FBI fingerprint background check
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DFW Airport security badge
• Must be dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a high-volume airport environment

REQUIRED IDENTIFICATION

Candidates must be able to provide the required documentation for employment and airport badging, including two valid, unexpired forms of identification, such as:

• Valid driver's license or passport
• Social Security card or certified birth certificate

Additional documentation may be required depending on the IDs provided.

WHAT WE OFFER

• $16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience
