職務内容 本ポジションは、スパ部門のスパマネージャー（正社員・常勤）として、ホテルのスパ施設の運営・管理を統括する役割を担っていただきます。最高品質のスパ体験を提供するために、日々のオペレーション管理、スタッフの指導・育成、他部門との連携業務を行っていただきます。高いサービス基準とホスピタリティへの情熱を持ち、柔軟に対応できる方を歓迎します。
主な業務内容：
- スパ施設全体の運営管理とサービス品質の向上
- スパセラピストのスケジュール管理、トレーニング、パフォーマンス評価
- トリートメントメニューの企画・開発と品質管理
- ゲストからの予約・リクエスト・クレームへの対応およびフォローアップ
- フロントオフィスやコンシェルジュなど、他部門との連携業務
- スパ用品・製品等の在庫管理と発注業務
- 売上レポート作成、業務ログの記録・管理
- パーク ハイアットのブランド基準の遵守とサービス品質の向上
- スパ施設の衛生管理と安全基準の維持

Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Spa Manager. The role oversees the day-to-day operations of the Spa facility to ensure that all spa services and treatments meet the highest standards of excellence and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing spa operations, quality control, team supervision, and interdepartmental coordination. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for wellness and hospitality excellence.
Key Responsibilities\:
- Oversee and manage daily spa operations and service quality standards
- Lead and train spa therapists, manage schedules and performance evaluations
- Develop and maintain treatment menus and ensure service quality consistency
- Handle guest bookings, special requests, and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for spa products, amenities, and supplies
- Maintain sales reports, records, and operational logs
- Ensure compliance with Park Hyatt's wellness and service standards
- Maintain spa facility hygiene and safety standards
