Super Delivery Man

We're looking for a dependable, physically fit Delivery Driver to transport and deliver large home appliances to customers' homes. You'll be responsible for safe transport, careful handling, basic setup/placement, and providing a great final impression of our brand at the customer's doorstep.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and transport appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, air conditioners, TVs, etc.) safely in the delivery vehicle
• Carry and maneuver heavy/bulky items into homes, including up stairs or through tight spaces
• Unpack and position appliances in the customer's designated location
• Perform basic setup (e.g., leveling, connecting hoses/power where applicable) — not full technical installation unless trained
• Remove packaging materials and old appliances for haul-away, if offered
• Demonstrate basic product operation to customers upon request
• Obtain proof of delivery (signature, photo, app confirmation)
• Inspect appliances for damage before and after delivery; report issues immediately
• Maintain delivery schedule and communicate delays to dispatch/customers
• Keep delivery vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift/carry 50–150+ lbs regularly, often with a partner or dolly
• Experience operating hand trucks, dollies, and moving straps
• Comfortable working in a two-person delivery team
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to navigate using GPS/delivery apps
• Physical stamina for a full day of lifting, walking, and driving
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience delivering large appliances, furniture, or heavy goods
• Basic knowledge of appliance hookups (water lines, gas lines, electrical) — a plus, not required
• Experience with box trucks or cargo vans
• Bilingual a plus (if relevant to your customer base)

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, bending, climbing stairs, and carrying heavy items
• Prolonged standing, walking, and driving

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $2300/hour [+ overtime if applicable]
