Superintendent Construction

EIL looking for a superintendent, construction, for a PMC project with gas processing experience be based at Abu Dhabi.We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Superintendent Construction to oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while effectively managing teams and subcontractors in Abu Dhabi's dynamic construction environment. Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish. - Manage daily operations on-site, ensuring all work is performed safely and according to specifications. - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules and budgets. - Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. - Resolve any issues or delays promptly to minimize impact on project timelines. - Maintain detailed project documentation and reports. - Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to create a secure work environment. - Coordinate material deliveries and manage equipment utilization effectively.

- Minimum Overall 17+ years of oil & gas experience. - Previous ADNOC projects and PMC experiences are a must. - Experience within EPC & Detail Engineering projects. - Experience in Projects involving Onshore/Offshore Gas Processing Plants. - Must have at least 5 Years experience working on Onshore and offshore projects. - Bachelor’s degree in engineering is a must.
