The Opportunity
Cornerstone is seeking a Superintendent to join our Construction Division and support the delivery of high-quality healthcare projects across the country. The Superintendent plays a vital role in coordinating daily field operations, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring that each project runs efficiently and on schedule.
This position is ideal for a hands-on construction professional who thrives in the field and is passionate about building spaces that directly support better patient care.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities.

Promote and enforce safety compliance with OSHA and company standards.

Coordinate subcontractor work and monitor quality and progress.

Maintain accurate documentation including safety logs, daily reports, and delivery records.

Communicate effectively with project managers, field staff, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain timelines.

Conduct site walk-throughs and assist in verifying work against project plans and specifications.

Support project closeout and punch list completion.

Assist in workforce scheduling, logistics planning, and materials management.
