POSITION OVERVIEW
The Superintendent - G3 is an experienced field leader responsible for managing the full scope of field operations on large, complex, or multi-phase construction projects. This individual oversees all on-site activities from mobilization through closeout, leads and mentors junior Superintendents, and operates as a senior partner to the Project Manager. The Superintendent – G3 brings deep technical expertise, strong leadership presence, and a proven ability to drive project performance in safety, quality, schedule, and cost.

• Lead all field operations on a large or complex project, including management of multiple subcontractors, self-perform work, and on-site staff across all phases of construction
• Champion and enforce a Safety First culture on site; oversee the implementation of site-specific safety plans, lead incident investigations, and ensure full compliance with CBS safety standards and OSHA regulations
• Own project quality in the field; lead pre-installation meetings, quality walks, and inspections; hold subcontractors accountable for correcting deficiencies in a timely manner
• Lead the development and maintenance of the project CPM schedule in coordination with the Project Manager; proactively identify risks, develop recovery plans, and communicate impacts to the project team and owner

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager on budget management, change order review, General Conditions spend, and project forecasting
• Drive the project closeout process in the field, including pre-punch, owner punch list, commissioning coordination, and final site turnover
• Oversee the field review of shop drawings and submittals for constructability and dimensional accuracy, and direct timely RFIs to resolve field conflicts with the design team
• Enforce subcontractor contract and insurance compliance on the project, ensuring no subcontractor mobilizes without an executed contract and current insurance on file
