- Location: Jersey City, NJ
- Job type: Full-time, in person (field)
- Pay: $140,000 - $180,000 per year

MUST HAVES
- Experience supervising heavy civil, highway or utility construction
- Self-perform construction experience (preferred)
- Experience running field crews, equipment and materials
- Strong on schedule, quality and jobsite safety
- Stable work history
The role
You'll run daily field operations on heavy civil, highway and utility projects, making sure crews get the work done safely and efficiently.

- Supervise daily construction activities and field crews
- Coordinate labor, equipment and materials
- Keep work on schedule and up to quality standards
- Run safe jobsites
- Oversee self-performed work and field productivity
Qualifications
- Experience supervising heavy civil, highway, or utility construction
- Self-perform construction experience preferred
- Stable work history with limited job changes
