Summary
Oversee and troubleshoot technical issues for marine equipment, estimate costs, and ensure service jobs meet quality and customer satisfaction standards.
Responsibilities:
Trouble shooting on technical customers issues.
Prepare cost estimate and spare parts estimates for service jobs in close collaboration with sales team.
Negotiation of cost estimates with customers.
Technical support of Service Engineers attending vessels for service.
Execution of Service jobs in close collaboration with colleagues and Service Engineers.
Secure quality of service jobs.
Secure customer satisfaction of service jobs.
Secure service jobs and spare parts are invoice correctly and in time.
Requirements:
Technical bachelor's degree/Marine Engineer or experience from similar job position.
Experience from similar position, preferably in the Marine business.
Applicant with hands-on experience for rotation equipment preferred.
Strong team player who manages to get people working together across functions and locations.
Experience from maritime aftersales business, with proven track record.
Strong pro-active mindset.
Responsible and trustworthy towards customers and colleagues.
Responsible individual and ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment.
Master English both written and oral on high level.
