<p><b>Job Purpose:</b></p><p>To provide shore support to vessels by handling their day to day operational issues in accordance with the company guidelines, port specific requirements, flag, and international regulations.</p><p> This involves the overseeing of the daily operations of vessels with specific importance given to Navigation, cargo, occupational health, safety, and environment aspects.</p><p>Ensuring that the vessels are operated in a safe and efficient manner, which will ensure reduced or zero incidents, and directly ensure satisfied clients and in line with our company’s QHSE policy, for a better and brighter development of business.</p><p> </p><p><span style="font-size:inherit;"><b> Eligibility Criteria</b></span></p><ul><li>Sailed as Chief Officer onboard Ocean-going vessels.</li><li>Vessel type: Gas Tankers (LNG/FSRU)<br /></li></ul><p><span style="font-size:inherit;">Roles & Responsibilities</span></p><p>The Marine superintendent is accountable for the following:</p><p style="margin-left:40px;">1)<span style="font-size:xx-small;"> </span>Compliance with company SMS procedures, forms, and checklists.</p><p style="margin-left:40px;">2)<span style="font-size:xx-small;"> </span>Compliance with IMO, Flag, and port state regulations.</p><p style="margin-left:40px;">3)<span style="font-size:xx-small;"> </span>MACN policy compliance.</p><p style="margin-left:40px;">4)<span style="font-size:xx-small;"> </span>Security related compliance.</p><p style="margin-left:40px;">5)<span style="font-size:xx-small;"> </span>Contingency assistance to the vessels at any time.</p><p style="margin-left:40px;">6)<span style="font-size:xx-small;"> </span>Ensure favourable results from PSC, Rightship, Flag, Class, P&I, third party inspections and audits.</p><p style="margin-left:40px;">7)<span style="font-size:xx-small;"> </span>Incident investigation, Root cause analysis and report making.</p><p style="margin-left:40px;">8)<span style="font-size:xx-small;"> </span>Extending hand to CMS for the compliance of Incident Investigations and RCA.</p><p style="margin-left:40px;">9)<span style="font-size:xx-small;"> </span>Carrying out and arranging of ISM/ISPS/MLC audits.</p><p style="margin-left:40px;">10)<span style="font-size:xx-small;"> </span>Ensuring that the vessels are technically managed keeping within the barriers of our SMS.</p><p style="margin-left:40px;">11)<span style="font-size:xx-small;"> </span>Ensure that the KPIs declared for the fleet are maintained.</p><p style="margin-left:40px;">12)<span style="font-size:xx-small;"> </span>Continual Improvement to be determined, monitored, and accomplished.</p><p style="margin-left:40px;">13)<span style="font-size:xx-small;"> </span>Any amendments needed in the SMS to be informed to the management.</p><p style="margin-left:40px;">14)<span style="font-size:xx-small;"> </span>Ensure to be a helping hand to the company and its team and a person to be looked upon.</p><p><span><span style="font-family:'-apple-system', BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', 'system-ui', 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji', 'Segoe UI Web', sans-serif;"> </span></span></p>
