CUSTOMER CARE
Provide friendly and efficient service, delivering an excellent customer experience
Communicate with customers in a welcoming, professional, and helpful manner
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, referring matters to the Store Manager where appropriate
Ensure all food products are prepared and served in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards
Assist customers with queries regarding food and menu items
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Knowledge of Food Hygiene
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good numeracy skills
The ability to work as part of a team
The ability to use initiative
