As a SHIFT MANAGER in Supermarkets, you will be responsible for:
●Being the host/hostess for our customers, knowing their needs and contributing to their loyalty.
●Guaranteeing the correct implementation of merchandise in the store, paying close attention to the quality and freshness of products, and ensuring product availability.
●Leading and coordinating the work team, providing them with support in achieving sales objectives.
●Ensuring the proper functioning of the store facilities
●Participating in the management of the profit and loss account

Passion for retail.
Experience in related positions in distribution and/or retail and/or customer service.
Schedule flexibility.
Team management.
