Supervisior

Job Scope

• Manage customer complaints and communicate effectively to resolve conflicts
• Manage manpower deployment and arrange overtime when the need arises
• Ensures all goods in warehouse are properly collected, received, accurately sorted, identified, transferred and dispatched
• Handle day to day operational, safety and quality issues
• Assign tasks to staff and scheduling
• Overall management of the logistics administration and documentation
• Ensure staff compliance to all established processes and accuracy in data processing
• Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by superior

Specific Accountabilities

• Ensures Health and Safety compliance in accordance with company polices
• Hands-on experience in storekeeping will be an added advantage
• Ability to deal with all levels of people
• Able to perform work with minimal supervision
• Accuracy and speed in performing daily activities
