Summary
Oversee daily salon operations, lead a small beauty team, perform manicures/pedicures and lash extensions, and manage inventory and customer service.
Core Responsibilities
- Salon Operations: Keep daily workflow smooth, manage appointment booking, and prepare weekly or monthly revenue reports.
- Team Leadership: Train junior staff, organize skill workshops, and arrange daily staff shift schedules.
- Technical Services: Perform professional manicures, pedicures, classic or volume eyelash extensions, and related beauty services like waxing or eyebrow embroidery.
- Customer Care: Handle client feedback, resolve issues, and recommend seasonal promotions or packages to boost sales.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels for nail gels, lash extensions, and sanitization liquids, ordering new supplies as needed.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience working as a manicurist, lash stylist, or beauty supervisor.
- Skills: Proficient in nail care and eyelash extension application with strong communication and basic administrative abilities.
- Certifications: Relevant beauty, cosmetology, or specialized nail/lash certificates are preferred by local employers.
