Supervisor 2ND Shift – Sip Cell
LITTLE TREES, Dewitt, IA
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 pm to 3:00 am Overtime may be required based on demand.
Salary: $34.40 per hour, increasing to $35.90 within 6 months includes a $3 shift differential.
Summary: The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the operation of the Sip Cell Department.
Responsibilities:
- Creates workstation schedules
- Oversees operation performance and product quality and provides regular progress reports to Plant Manager
- Supervises employees
- Assists employees with production issues
- Enforces and follows all safety procedures
- Maintains proper production inventory
- Performs accident investigations
- Works with HR Manager and Plant Manager to resolve employee issues
Skills and Experience:
- 1-year experience in a production setting
- Lift up to 40 pounds
- Stand for long periods of time and climb stairs, bend, lift and push
- Hand eye coordination
- Use of both hands and fingers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
