SUPERVISOR

Report to the Boss or senior management and coordinate operations across departments as required.

Oversee daily production workflow, ensuring washing, drying, ironing, and folding processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Recruit, onboard, and train new employees; develop training materials and conduct regular operational workshops.

Monitor the condition of machinery and equipment, troubleshoot minor issues promptly, and arrange for maintenance when necessary.

Inspect the quality of linens and garments to ensure they meet hygiene and customer standards.

Prepare work schedules and assign tasks based on order volume; manage shift rotations.

Track individual and team performance metrics, including productivity and wastage rates.

Provide technical guidance and on-the-job assistance to staff, resolving production-line issues.

Report production progress, staff performance, and equipment maintenance needs to the Boss regularly.

Assist with other administrative tasks as required, such as inventory record-keeping and procurement requests.
