1. Oversee daily cleaning site operations, assign work tasks to cleaning team members.

2. Monitor cleaning work quality, ensure all sites comply with company standards and safety rules.

3. Arrange staff shift schedule, track attendance and handle manpower allocation.

4. Train new cleaning workers, guide team to follow proper working procedures.

5. Communicate with clients, resolve on‑site issues and feedback in timely manner.

6. Prepare daily operation reports, report work progress and site conditions to management.
