Supervisor
Summary
Oversee construction site activities, coordinate with engineers and contractors, and ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
Main Duties:
· Oversee construction activities and progress.
· Plan, implement and monitor work schedules with the Project Schedule
· Liaise with Professional Engineer on the works
· Liaise with QP (Architect) for technical issues
· Liaise with Project Designers on approved designs and meet project deadlines
· Liaise with house owners on the ongoing building stages
· Coordinate site activities with subcontractors
· Handling of technical and engineering matters
· Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical matters on time
· Prepare report and method statement whenever required
· Manage workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safe and neat
· Supervise ongoing site activities closely and upkeep site record
· Other duties assigned by Head – Civil Engineer (Projects)
