Supervisor And General Foreman (M&E)

Roles & Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate daily site operations to ensure works are carried out according to project schedules.

* Monitor work progress, manpower deployment, material usage, and productivity at site.

* Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.

* Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.

* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, identify issues, and ensure timely rectification of defects.

* Attend site coordination meetings and provide updates on project progress.

* Maintain daily site records, progress reports, manpower attendance, and material usage.

* Support testing, inspections, commissioning, and project handover activities.

* Resolve site coordination issues and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within quality standards.

* Lead, supervise, and guide site personnel to achieve project objectives.

* Enforce company policies and workplace safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in construction or M&E projects.

* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.

* Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

* Good problem-solving ability and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

* A responsible team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company.
