SUPERVISOR AND GENERAL FOREMAN (M&E)
Summary
Oversee daily construction site operations, manage workers, enforce safety rules, and ensure projects meet quality and timeline targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily work activities at project sites.
- Plan, assign, and monitor work schedules to ensure timely project completion.
- Lead and manage workers, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Ensure all work is carried out according to project specifications, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings and provide guidance to workers on safe work practices.
- Monitor productivity and resolve site issues promptly.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain site records, daily reports, attendance, and progress updates.
- Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure compliance with MOM and WSH requirements.
- Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Assist in manpower planning and material coordination.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in construction, engineering, or site supervision.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and construction practices.
- Ability to read construction drawings is an advantage.
- Willing to work at various project sites.
- Valid Singapore Class 3.
