Summary
Oversee and execute mechanical & electrical construction tasks on-site, ensuring safety compliance, resolving issues, and performing hands-on work like tiling, plastering, welding, and electrical tasks.
Job Description & Requirements:
(1.) Ensure works are carried out in accordance with safety rules and relevant regulations.
(2.) Resolve problems when they arise- Able to understand construction drawings
(3.) Able to perform hands-on work for tiling, plastering, welding, and electrical work
(4.) Align tiles and straighten them withstraightedges, levels, and squares to ensure patterns are even and precise
(5.) Prepare various surfaces for tiling with waterproofing material and cleaning the surfaces properly
