SUPERVISOR AND GENERAL FOREMAN (M&E)

-Ensure all M&E equipment is ready before casting starts

-Check calibration of batching plant, load cells, and weighing systems.

-Support installation and commissioning of new machines/ moulds

-Monitor power usage and report energy efficiency
-Ensure electrical safety, earthing, and test certificates are up to date

-Follow site safety rules, toolbox talks, and risk assessments

-Maintain equipment service logs and inspection records

-Supervise M&E technicians and fitters

-Raise material/tool requests: spare parts, cables, bearings, etc.

-Keep maintenance records, breakdown reports, and downtime analysis

-Coordinate with Production, QC, and Project Managers for shutdowns
- PLC basics, reading electrical/mechanical drawings, batching plant experience

- Team leadership, problem solving, reporting
