SUPERVISOR AND GENERAL FOREMAN (M&E)

Oversee and execute mechanical & electrical construction tasks on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and resolving issues as they arise.
Job Description & Requirements:
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance with safety rules and relevant regulations.
- Resolve problems when they arise
- Able to understand construction drawings
- Able to perform hands-on work for tiling, plastering, welding, and electrical work
- Align tiles and straighten them with straightedges, levels, and squares to ensure patterns are even and precise
- Prepare various surfaces for tiling with waterproofing material and cleaning the surfaces properly
