SUPERVISOR AND GENERAL FOREMAN (M&E)

· Approve inspection and maintenance documents.

· Carry out engineering improvement activities to enhance mechanical and electrical systems.

· Ensure Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, procedures and regulations are followed.

· Facilitate the work of external contractors to ensure safety requirements and operating and quality standards are met.

· Lead the preventive and corrective maintenance work of mechanical and electrical systems.

· Manage team's performance in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

· Perform complex fault analysis and testing of mechanical and electrical systems.

· Perform on-the-job coaching for team members.

· Plan for the allocation of work and deployment of manpower.

· Track quantities of and support the purchase of maintenance supplies and expendables required at work base.
