Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced Beauty Salon Supervisor to oversee daily salon operations, lead our team and ensure excellent customer service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule salon staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Ensure high standards of service quality and hygiene are maintained
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor inventory of beauty/salon products and place orders as needed
- Train and mentor junior staff on treatments and customer service
- Support sales targets by promoting salon packages and retail products
- Assist management with reporting and performance tracking
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a beauty salon/spa, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of beauty/aesthetic treatments and products
- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends/PH
