Supervisor, Application and Development - Clean (Kuanyin)

1. Develop and Support launch of new formulated products to the market

• Develop new formulated products for semiconductors, including customer face-to-face discussions, translating customer requirements into chemistry concepts and models.
• Customize formulations to meet customer requirements.
• Define technical specifications to monitor product performance.

2. Prepare technical data and standard operation procedures (SOP)

• Prepare technical data and information for internal and external communication, including technical presentations for customer meetings.
• Support raw material sourcing of prototype formulations together with the global sourcing team.
• Generate technical data.

3. Technical Service Requests (TSR)

• Respond to “Technical Service Requirements (TSR)” internally or externally for business purposes.
• Fulfill customer needs demanded from technical service requests (TSR) with technical information collection and data preparation of appropriate chemistry.

4. Literature Screening and Patenting

• Conduct literature research (papers, patents, reports, etc.) to stimulate innovative ideas and develop new technology.
• Issue patents and FTOs with the global patent legal department before new products are put on the market.

5. BASF EHS guideline

• Implement EHS requirement based on BASF guideline.
