• Oversee daily cleaning operations at assigned sites and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Ensure availability and proper maintenance of manpower, equipment, and cleaning materials at all sites
• Monitor and deliver staff training on cleaning procedures, equipment handling, wash gantry use, and workplace safety to enhance team competency and compliance
• Manage staff discipline by addressing behavioral issues and resolving manpower-related conflicts to maintain a productive work environment
