Resourceful but keep a well-stocked and very organized maintenance shop.

Upbeat and can-do positive attitude with the ability to build and lead a small team.

Prioritize, organize, complete and assign work orders to team and self.

Must have a vehicle and all tools necessary to complete work.

Provide training to coworkers and lead by example.

Work well and consult regularly with Property and Regional managers on issues that occur.
