SUPERVISOR

Jobs and Responsibilities

1. Supervise daily manufacturing & warehouse operations for plastic packaging products, adhesive tapes, and packaging materials.

2. Assign daily tasks, manage shift manpower, and coach and supervise production/warehouse operators.

3. Monitor production schedules, track output, minimise downtime, and meet daily delivery targets.

4. Carry out quality inspection on finished plastic film, tapes, plastic bags and packaging goods.

5. Enforce workplace safety, 5S housekeeping rules and proper handling of raw materials & finished stocks.

6. Assist in stocktaking, control inventory of packaging materials, and update operation records.

7. Coordinate with sales & admin team for order preparation, packing, and dispatch arrangement.

8. Troubleshoot daily operational issues and report progress to management.

9. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Supervisor within the manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging industry.

2. Hands-on experience with plastic goods production/packaging material trading is a strong advantage.

3. Awareness of factory safety standards; familiar with 5S implementation.

4. Responsible, proactive, able to work under a tight delivery schedule.

5. Able to move objects weighing 20- 30 kg

7. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
