Job Summary

You will lead daily operations and supervise teams to ensure efficient resource use and high-quality car wash and grooming services, while managing customer interactions and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and advice to senior management to optimize resource efficiency and improve service delivery
• Plan and direct daily car wash and grooming operations to meet quality and productivity targets
• Supervise and coordinate workers performing car wash, polishing, and related vehicle services to ensure consistent service standards
• Manage inventory of supplies such as detergents, brushes, and tire-blackening compounds to maintain adequate stock levels
• Quote prices accurately to customers requesting waxing and polishing services to facilitate sales
• Process customer payments and provide correct change to ensure smooth transactions
• Inspect car wash and polishing equipment regularly for wear and coordinate timely repairs or replacements to minimize downtime
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintain accurate records of daily receipts, employee attendance, wage data, and supplies usage for operational transparency
• Participate in washing, polishing, and other service tasks during peak periods to support team performance
