Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Provide immediate, respectful responses to guest needs
- Train new team members and set a positive tone for each shift
- Open and close the restaurant, lead shifts, and act as a key holder
- Count drawers and complete end-of-day procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
Qualifications & Skills
- Enthusiastic smile and ability to create emotional connections with guests
- Reliable transportation and ability to work day and night shifts
- Strong people skills with a passion for serving and developing team members
- Ability to address team member performance and behavioral issues
- Experience in leadership roles preferred but not required
