Full-Time Chiropractic Assistant / Office Supervisor

- Dependability (attendance and punctuality are critical in our structured system)
- Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Chiropractic Assistant (CA) license is a plus—but we’re willing to train and support the right candidate in becoming certified
What you’ll do:
- Assist patients with therapies, exercises, and treatment plans
- Educate patients on recommended care
- Take X-rays and manage patient records/documentation
- Support front desk operations, including:
- Answering phones
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Processing payments and co-pays
This role blends hands-on patient care with administrative responsibilities, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety and staying busy.
Office Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 9am – 6pm
- Friday: 9am – 5pm
- Saturday: 9am – 1pm (2 Saturdays/ month)
