Supervisor Clinical Research Nurse - Core-Ctr For Research Excel

Under the supervision of the Clinical Research Operations Manager, the Clinical Research Nurse Supervisor follows established policies and procedures; provides knowledge and expertise in conducting clinical trials. The Clinical Research Nurse Supervisor is responsible for the supervision, development, training, and work coordination of the clinical research staff assigned to their unit (Pod). The Clinical Research Nurse Supervisor applies solid principles of Good Clinical Practices (GCP), leadership, human resources, and continuous quality improvement to support the successful completion of trials and ensure the growth and fiscal success of research at TGH as well. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital.
