- Assign therapist rotations and manage staff breaks
- Handle customer concerns and support service recovery
- Assist in training new staff and maintaining service quality
- Provide foot reflexology and body massage
- Ensure customer comfort, hygiene, and a professional environment
- Manage inventory logs and basic admin tasks
Requirements
- 5+ years of massage experience (foot/body)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Responsible, reliable, and team-oriented
- Able to multitask between supervisory and therapist duties
