Oversee construction site operations, manage work schedules, enforce safety rules, and coordinate with planners and workers in Singapore.
- Responsible for site planning and supervision of work schedule
- Updating of daily work status to Planner
- Attend daily coordination meeting
- Work closely with Planner on planning future activities
- Manages the daily activities in an efficient and productive manner
- Monitors the daily work logs of all assigned subordinates.
- Schedule worker overtime during peak periods or whenever necessary
- Strictly enforce company and government-dictated work and safety rules
- Requisition necessary materials and stock replacement parts to ensure continuity of smooth operations
- Maintain equipment and surrounding areas in sound working order
- Oversee on-the-job training of probationary workers Ensures adherence to safety policies, procedures and practices
