Supervisor Construction Services - Design Development

The Construction Services Supervisor at Tampa General Hospital (TGH) is responsible for supervising multiple Project Managers and Facilities personnel who independently manage complex construction projects, while also directly managing assigned construction projects. This role oversees the coordination and execution of simple to complex renovation, infrastructure, and conventional and non-conventional construction projects within occupied healthcare environments, requiring advanced communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.

The Supervisor is accountable for clearly defining and communicating project scope, limitations, expectations, budgets, and schedules; assigning and overseeing project teams; and ensuring consistent project documentation and status reporting to leadership. This position ensures projects are delivered safely, securely, on time, and within approved budgets, while supporting hospital operations, infection prevention protocols, and interim life safety measures in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital.
