Job Summary

Lead and manage the carpentry team to deliver high-quality work by overseeing project execution, coordinating schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and building standards, and resolving work issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the carpentry team to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
• Assign tasks to carpenters and monitor their performance and progress to meet project goals
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and compliance with safety standards
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to coordinate work schedules and timelines effectively
• Ensure availability and proper condition of all materials and tools required for carpentry tasks
• Review blueprints and technical drawings to determine precise project specifications and requirements
• Ensure all carpentry work complies with building codes and industry standards
• Conduct inspections and audits of completed work to maintain quality and safety standards
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in carpentry work promptly to avoid delays

• Project management skills to plan, organize, and oversee carpentry projects
• Willingness to work on public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays as required
• Able to hand-on carpentry work and guide the junior.
