What You Will Do
- Lead, coach, and develop the customer service team
- Manage the quotation preparation, review, and delivery process
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints
- Develop and improve customer service procedures
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, and other departments
- Monitor performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain CRM and ERP customer data
- Prepare reports for management review
What We Are Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience as a Customer Service Supervisor, Quotation Supervisor, or similar role
- Strong understanding of customer service principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with CRM and customer service software
Wage and Schedule
We have a position available on the following shift, with a base rate of $22.00/hour.
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
