Job Requirements:

*Manufacturing Engineer

*Capacity planning, Inventory management, Analytic, Effective communication, Teamwork, ERP system, English (Deseable)

*2 or 3 years of experience manufacturing or operations industry.

Responsibilities

· Review attendance of operator and Leaders

· Management of operator movement during working hours.

· For Quality issues, follow the Non conform procedure and actions

· Perform the daily meeting with leaders.

· Analyze and share daily productivity result & anomalies.

· Maintain update production control documents on site

· Validate the shipping plan and continuous focus to avoid delivery issue

· Training of the new hired people (base on training plan)

· Review and monitoring production consumables to avoid shortages

· Inventory control in the WIP area

· Define on team the corrective action for safety incidents or accidents
