Supervisor Design and Decor Regional- Full Time (Caesars Atlantic City/CES)
Summary
Oversees design and decor for events at Caesars Atlantic City, coordinating vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring flawless execution of themed parties and displays.
Supervises the Atlantic City operations Design and Decor department. Responsible for overseeing interior design and implementation of theme parties, special events and associated displays. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to providing an excellent guest experience are key aspects of this role. Starting Salary $80K.
• Coordinates with outside vendors in the operations related to the set-up of the special sets and displays.
• Monitors quality and ensures product meet Caesars Entertainment standards.
• Responsible for the account numbers assigned by the Director and maintains accurate records for each account.
• Works with outside agencies, vendors, clients and internal departments to access appropriate décor for concerts, special events, parties etc.
• Ensures a smooth, flawless execution of each event.
• Responsible for departmental payroll, purchase order processing and tracking, invoice coding and tracking and check and payment processing.
• Works with the Director on special entertainment projects including competitive analysis, market research, recap presentation and genre analysis.
• Performs special assignments as requested by upper management.
• Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
• Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period
• Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
• Ability to work in a smoking environment
• Five years’ experience in the production of special events and entertainment projects with an emphasis on supervising design, and execution of events.
• Strong supervision and communication skills required.
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED
