Description
- Perform experiments and develop methodology for chemical screening of Photo projects with minor supervision
- Analyze technical data, prepare reports to present results and give proposals as needed in the project meeting or telcos with international project team
- Literature survey and monitor technology knowledge status from patents, journals, papers up-to-date for photo development projects
- Conduct lab management including procuring lab- used materials, handling chemical waste from experiments, equipment maintenance
- Ensure proper documentation and provide training based on the equipment installation, experiment method and procedure to lab operators to ensure the quality of experiments
- Implement EHS rule and meet KPI target based on BASF guideline
