Summary
Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety codes and project specifications while coordinating labor and materials.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track site progress with internal teams and external parties to ensure work meets specifications and schedule
- Plan and schedule project activities, including monitoring and managing materials and labor usage
- Ensure compliance with safety codes and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations on site
- Read and interpret construction drawings and electrical works to guide site activities
- Perform reinforcement concreting, tiling, plastering, and other finishing works accurately on site
- Supervise, inspect, and manage construction activities to maintain quality and safety standards
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess at least Primary/Secondary/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/College, Professional Certificate, or Nitec in any field
- Have at least 1 year of working experience in a related construction field
