Job Summary

Participate in the company’s management trainee program by leading and supervising staff, setting and achieving process-driven goals, and fostering high-performance teams through ethical leadership and collaborative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise staff to ensure efficient team performance and goal achievement
• Set aggressive, process-oriented goals and marshal resources to accomplish organizational objectives
• Apply problem-solving, analytical, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills to overcome challenges and improve outcomes
• Collaborate effectively with teams to build strong working relationships and drive collective success
• Challenge conventional solutions by applying creative thinking to improve processes and results
• Demonstrate and promote ethical behavior in all management activities
• Exercise strong leadership and sound judgment in hiring and developing high-performance teams
• Manage staff workload, plan objectives, and organize resources to optimize productivity
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors
• Work on weekends and public holidays as required
• Operate effectively in hot and non-air-conditioned environments
