SUPERVISOR

Job Description

• Supervise daily construction site activities.

• Liaise with workers and coordinate daily work arrangements.

• Arrange manpower deployment to different sites.

• Monitor workers' attendance and performance.

• Handle workers' work-related matters and concerns.

• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors.

• Ensure site safety and work progress.

• Handle general office administrative duties and documentation.

• Maintain project records and liaise between site and office.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of construction experience.

• Experience in site supervision and office coordination.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Able to manage workers independently.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Responsible and hardworking.
