Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and motivated Supervisor to oversee daily operations, coordinate deliveries, and support our growing team to ensure smooth production and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule
- Plan and allocate manpower to meet operational and production targets
- Monitor work quality and enforce compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and SOPs
- Schedule, coordinate, and arrange daily deliveries to ensure timely customer order fulfilment
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, drivers, and internal teams to manage delivery schedules and operational issues
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock movement to support daily operations
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records for management review
- Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and efficiency
- Perform delivery duties during manpower shortages or urgent operational needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
