Supervises a car-painting workshop: guides staff, maintains equipment, and ensures high-quality spray-painting, polishing, and refinishing work.
Roles & Responsibilities
Experienced and able to work independently, help coordinate and arrange daily work, know how to guide workers' techniques and complete the work more efficiently.
Perform putty , removal of parts for spray painting , masking , Prepare the car to be painted , sanding down ,putty, spray painting , polishing , remove & refix parts to facilitate painting . Maintain the tools and equipment well; Ensure quality spray painting work is carried out with high quality in accordance with the guidelines.Ensure good housekeeping in a workshop at all times.
