Supervisor
- Supervise daily building construction activities and workforce.
- Allocate tasks and monitor productivity of workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
- Monitor materials, tools, equipment, and manpower requirements.
- Inspect workmanship, measurements, and construction progress.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site management to resolve issues.
- Enforce site safety, PPE, housekeeping, and safe work practices.
- Maintain daily site records and report progress, delays, and issues.
- Identify defects and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to required quality standards.
