Position Summary:

The purpose of this position is to direct, coordinate, monitor, and train associates involved in facility maintenance repair services. This person would report directly to the Senior Supervisor, and would be a direct mentor and manager to the Facilities Maintenance team. The ideal candidate would have a strong technical aptitude, and the leadership and supervisory skills needed to direct our Greenfield plant's Facilities Maintenance department. This position is fully onsite at the Greenfield plant, and would require flexibility as it directs Facilities Maintenance across all 3 shifts.

• General Project Management
• Direct Continuous Improvement Activities
• Support/Control Department Budgets
• Direct / Implement / Manage Preventative Maintenance Programs
• Supervise both salaried and hourly associates
• Availability to be “on call”
