CSCS MIKey Responsibilities
- Oversee repair and maintenance activities for company facilities throughout the assigned region.
- Manage facility improvement and capital construction projects from planning through completion.
- Supervise contractors and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Conduct regular visits to company locations to assess facility conditions and identify maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to prioritize and complete projects.
- Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with field operations and business partners.
Qualifications
- Experience in facilities management, construction, project management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Approximately 60% travel is required throughout Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky, including overnight travel as needed.
- Must be able to travel by both automobile and commercial airline.
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
