Supervisor Fleet Maintenance

You will supervise maintenance for automotive assets, transit vehicles, trailers, UTVs, and industrial equipment. You will set work schedules, prioritize requests, manage emergency breakdowns, lead technicians, source vendors, track maintenance metrics, manage fleet registration, and oversee assets from acquisition through disposition.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians through repairs, preventative maintenance, and improvement projects
• Set weekly work plans, assign work, and prioritize customer requests
• Source third-party vendors for parts, documentation, training, and repairs
• Provide fleet subject-matter expertise
• Develop technicians through training and skill advancement
• Track team utilization and maintenance KPIs
• Facilitate fleet title and registration needs
• Oversee fleet assets from acquisition through disposition

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• 4+ years maintaining or repairing vehicles, fleet equipment, or industrial equipment
• 2+ years leading people and running maintenance jobs
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Willingness to work at elevated heights and in tight spaces
• Willingness to work long hours, nights, and weekends
• Ability to provide 24/7 on-call support
• Willingness to travel
