SUPERVISOR FOREMAN

Supervision Oversee the safety of workers and equipment, Train and instruct new employees, Delegate tasks and provide guidance, Monitor progress and budgets, and Report project progress to superiors.

Solve disputes between workers; Monitor progress on the project; Ensure project stays within budget; Serve as a liaison between workers and supervisors

Scheduling Set deadlines for tasks, Develop work schedules for the crew, and Coordinate tasks for the day

Ensure compliance with company and legal regulations

Enforce safety procedures

Ensure that all safety regulations and procedures are followed

Identify damage to buildings from construction

Keep inventory of materials and equipment

Manage equipment and materials required for the job

Ability to delegate responsibilities and individual projects to the crew and contractors. Recruit, hire, mentor, manage and train employees and contractors

Collaborating with supervisors are required to fulfil involving their supervisors or management team:

Create schedules and monitor attendance ; Assign general and daily responsibilities; Train workers and tradespeople and monitor their performance

Manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment; Monitor expenditures

supervising co-workers and helping them in their work

Being a go-between for construction workers and supervisors; resolving issues between workers; making sure there are enough workers on board; allocating tasks
